Make the most of all those sunny Spanish days (and nights)
The sites are designed as tourist sites and must comply with these requirements. On some sites, properties have fitted kitchens in their awnings which are plumbed to the mains and have mains electric. This means there are fridge freezers, cookers, microwaves, TV’s with English programs and all installed on a permanent fixed basis. Once your front door is closed, there is a general feel of your property compared to that of a fully furnished apartment.
There is a plethora of sites in the Benidorm area, so you have plenty of choice as to the standard and the facilities. Take into account your requirements when choosing a property and where possible, do visit as many of the sites as you can and talk to current tenants. It is not a good idea to go with the first site you view, as the next one you look at, may have more of what you want. Do check with the site reception as to their rules of occupancy.

The weather on the Mediterranean coast is one of the healthiest climates in the world. Many English migrate here for winters year after year rather than suffer the freezing cold of the UK. The temperature falls in winter but not to the same extent.
Christmas Day lunch can be served on open air terraces to you dressed in shorts and tee shirts.

Benidorm is a city that never sleeps. Every type of entertainment is available here but if you venture just a short distance, you can find more traditional styles which will be different and entertaining and broaden your mind.
