We are a Spanish Company and all our business is conducted through an accountant and the Spanish Tax system, so we make sure everything is completed legally. This in turn protects both the buyer and seller from anything under hand.

Our business and all properties for sale are marketed on the internet to give you a worldwide audience. An average of 1,600 hits per day through the year 2009 was recorded on our main website.

We advertise in the local press in the Benidorm area. These journals are very often taken back to England and passed to friends and family.

Posters and leaflets are distributed into clubs, bars and restaurants locally.

One of our best forms of advertising is our reputation. We have operated our business since 2004 and many of our clients come to us by word of mouth recommendations from previous patrons.

Our opening hours are long and convenient for everyone. We are able to help people during most of the daylight hours, seven days a week.

Basic Contract Terms for Selling Property

The contract for selling the property is between the Property Owner and Sunseeker Caravans.

An advert is placed on our website on the internet for the property at a cost of 49 euro’s with a minimum of six colour photos and full description. This payment is paid on signing of the contract.

Our agents will market the above with our normal methods, and complete the sale on a commission basis for £600. This payment is made on completion of payment for the property to the owner and is taken from the sales fee.

If after giving us the instruction to sell the above, it is sold by the owner without our involvement or withdrawn from the market for whatever reason, a nominal commission fee of £150 will be charged.

Sunseekers will, during the time the caravan is being marketed, keep the caravan and plot in a presentable, saleable condition.

The agreed advertised price of the item for sale, and minor changes to the wording, can be altered at a later date if circumstances necessitate change.

Once the photographs have been completed, the advert will usually be on the internet within three days. We do have other websites to market the property to give an additional boost.

Sales and changeover of tenancy agreements can be completed without you being present, thus saving you time, money and inconvenience.

Payments for caravans are usually completed through our English bank account to help counteract the differences in the fluctuating euro rate.
