This 2 bedroom Mobile Home is set up at the lower end of Excalibur in a street mainly made of similar units. It is on a slightly larger plot so it allows room for a car park space to be made if required. Even though a large 15 foot by 12 foot extension has been added on to the front of the mobile, there is still ample space for the extra metal storage shed and spacious outside dining area for those Al Fresco meals. This is also a great area to sit and relax in. There are two bedrooms, one which houses a large double island bed, wardrobe unit with dressing table area and bedside cabinets, the other currently having two single beds. These could be removed and a double bed installed. A gallery kitchen has all the equipment for long term stays from major items like fridge freezer, hob and oven down to the cutlery and crockery. The Home is plumbed to the mains throughout including a three quarter bath with over shower, toilet and vanity sink and on the patio in the metal shed is a plumbed in washing machine. The lounge in the Mobile has a corner unit, TV, dining table and chairs, and built in display storage unit. Currently the conservatory is used as relaxing sun lounge and has two leather sofas which both recline for your comfort, another TV which is handy when the wife wants to sit and watch the football on the other, and other occasional furniture. This has been curtained out to shade you from the sun, but they can easily be drawn back if you want. The extra size plot does mean a higher rental figure but at only 430 euro’s a month total rental it is still a good value.
