There is space in it, for it to be completed to your way of finishing. There is plenty of room to put in extra wardrobes and chests, and at this price you can put in the selection that suits you. A laminated floor has been fitted and sitting on it nicely is a three seater sofa. The Inaca awning has a tiled floor and a basic fitted kitchen with a large cooker, fridge freezer, and microwave supplied. Some crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils are included. The lounge area has corner unit and a TV installed with DVD. There is a large patio area which does require paving. You have the choice of completing that with a car parking area or leaving all as a large seating and sunning spot. There are views to the hills on one side and to the mountains of Benidorm on the other. This is sensibly priced to allow you to spend extra to finish to your style and requirements, but it is a livable unit as it is now. The current owners have been using it full time since moving onto here six months ago.
