This is a Roma four berth caravan in an excellent position on a corner plot. It is set up on the higher quieter part of the Five star Villamar site. It has open views to the front, with views to the mountains and hills around Benidorm on both sides. The caravan, which has a fitted air conditioning unit, is a slightly older model but still has that Roma sturdy construction, so it will last for a good number of years. There are two bed areas, one in a bedroom which can be partitioned off, and one as is shown where the seating units have been made into a double bed. The extra smaller seating unit has been removed and a wardrobe built with concertina doors. Where the fitted hob and oven have been removed is now a work desk, ideal for sewing machine or computer use. A kitchen has been fitted in the Inaca awning, and this has a double cooker, fridge freezer, microwave, plumbed sink, work tops and base units. There is a plumbed in washing machine, and toilet on the plot as well. The plot is one which receives sun all day long both in winter and summer, so is ideal for anyone wanting one which gives the opportunity to sun bathe all the year round. At a later date it would be a very good plot to put on a newer larger unit, for a great set up. Good value for money at this price.
