Set up on higher part of the established plots of the Villamar Caravan Park. This a very quiet area and just a short walk away from all the first class amenities. It is a Tabbert caravan complete with fitted Inaca awning. There are two single beds in the separate end bedroom, and they have the expensive and comfortable Morina mattresses on both. Underneath the beds is storage areas, and around the bedroom is an array of storage and display units. An air conditioning unit has been fitted in the caravan. The internal kitchen is fully working with fridge, microwave and sink. The useful standard lounge area seating has storage under each seat, and can also make into a double bed as required. A plumbed in toilet has been fitted into the washroom which also contains a vanity sink unit. The awning was fitted new early in 2008 and a ceramic tiled floor installed at that time. For seating there is a large sofa bed from where you can watch many English channels that are supplied free of charge by the site. A DVD player also gives more choice of viewing. The kitchen is placed in an external tent and has a range of units and worktops, with a cooker, plumbed washing machine, large fridge freezer, saucepans, crockery and cutlery. The patio has been tiled with a car parking space allocated and some pieces of outside furniture being left. Being a slightly smaller caravan means there is a lot of useful outside space. The current owners are reluctantly selling due to personal circumstances but it is priced very competitively for a quick sale.
