There is a cooker, fridge, plumbed washing machine and sink, plus cutlery crockery and saucepans all unused with makers full guarantees. The lounge area has occasional furniture and dining set, and brand new lounge seating furniture on order, along with a TV. Curtains are also on order for the awning. At this price it is good value for money.
