Villamar Caravan Park -
This is a five berth LMC caravan with an Inaca Awning set up at the lower end of the Villamar Caravan Park. The caravan is in very good condition and has been laid out to give a very sunny aspect to the patio area, catching the winter sun for much of the day at the front. The bedroom has a full size fixed double bed with storage underneath, and the seating area in the caravan can also be made into a double bed with a fifth person using the smaller dining area. There is a toilet in the washroom and separate vanity unit. The fitted kitchen is still in the caravan as the manufacturers initially installed it with sink, hob and fridge. All wardrobe and storage space is all the original fittings. The slightly smaller awning is basically just the lounge area and has a tiled floor, two sofa beds, occasional furniture and TV with DVD, and all included in the price. Rather than have the kitchen in the awning, it has been placed in the kitchen tent on the patio. Storage cupboards and worktops have been fitted and a cooker, sink, fridge freezer, microwave and other cooking utensils included.
Being the smaller awning the plot seems larger than most, but it is the standard size with the same annual rent. There is even a large car park area included. If you were not having a car here it could be paved making a huge patio for you and your family.
