Villamar Caravan Park -
This is a Hobby caravan that has only recently been located to another plot on the more established side of the Villamar site. Many items have been renewed and also new fittings installed. The caravan is a long 720 model, which originally had twin single beds. These have been removed and replaced by an island bed. A few other alterations have been made which make it better for anyone considering the longer stay. The chemical toilet has been removed and a flushing toilet fitted to the mains. The kitchen has been taken out and extra wardrobes fitted, and the small dining area now has a long storage chest of drawers in its place. The rear seating area has been removed and a sofa bed put in its place. These modifications have been carried out to a high standard by a professional and make the place very user friendly. The owners have carefully allowed for 7 people to comfortably stay here for holidays. In the kitchen most of the required equipment is included, even down to cutlery and crockery, so on your first visit, you will not be asking neighbours where to go to buy a cup and saucer. Most required equipment is being left such as cooker, fridge freezer, breakfast bar, plumbed automatic washing machine and microwave. The lounge area has a sofa bed, a normal sofa, smaller chair, TV and occasional furniture. The patio is partly paved with an area for a car park and some patio furniture is being left including a large shed for storage. Over the whole set up is a Black Toldo sunshade cover and a wind out sun blind on the front. The awning was only fitted in August of 2009 so it has many years of service life ahead.
