A beautiful Hobby caravan set up at the lower end of the Villamar established plots and in first class condition. It is one of the larger model caravans and having had only holiday use, it is basically as new. The separate end bedroom houses a king size double bed, with ample storage compartments and two bedside cabinets. The bed lifts at the foot end to show a huge storage compartment. There has been a plumbed in toilet fitted in the washroom along with neat vanity unit. All the seats are finished in a cream coloured leather material and look as though they have never been used. It can comfortably sleep five in the caravan making use of the seating units which convert into the additional beds. The lounge in the awning has a low backed corner unit which can also be used for extra sleeping space if required. There is a TV and occasional furniture to give a home like look. A kitchen has been fitted with plumbed in sink, washing machine, fridge freezer and storage units with worktops. There is a very open patio at the front, as it is just by the pathway that leads to the nearby showerblock. In the winter this is a real boon giving you sunshine right the way through the day and warming up your awning in the early evening. It does give very open views to both front and the back. Over the top is a Toldo sunshade which also has a wind out sunshade for the patio, and this is worked by a remote control.
