Question - Where can I get low priced air flights??????
Answer - You can look at all individual companies for their lower priced days, dates and flights, but the majority of people who we know use Skyscanner. Tryout their link from here. You enter in the country and airport you wish to fly from, enter the dates you want to fly (you can say put in the month of June to fly out - Sept to fly back) and they will work out the cheapest flights from most of the airlines that fly out from your particular airport. The prices they quote are including taxes and you can get a live update price.

Question - Where can I stay ??????
Answer - Benidorm has many, many hotels, apartments, and flats, so we cannot really recommend any more than another as it is impossible to try them all. What we can do is advise you to look at the site Benidorm Spotlight.
Here they have information on many of them with maps and also reviews from previous clients. It is a very good site for other information on Benidorm and the area as well.

Question - How can we get from the airport.??????
Answer - There is a daytime bus service from the airport which runs every two hours. So you can be lucky with that sometimes and they are a very reasonable price as well.
Taxis are parked at the front door of the airport so they can take you to Benidorm in style. The usual charge is 55 - 70 euros - depending where in Benidorm you need dropping - it takes 50 - 60 min's and it is dearer after midnight. They will net cater for more than three passengers.
If you are calling to view any of our clients places, then we can usually provide transport for 45 euros. It would usually be the owner of the property who will collect you so you never know you might get discount. Just give us a call or e-mail us and we will arrange it for you.

Question - Should we make an appointment to view the properties available????
Answer - That is your choice. We certainly think it is advisible, as many of the properties are not occupied. You will only be able to view them from outside which is okay for some people when they having a general look around, but serious viewers need to look internally as well. I am sure if you were looking for a house in England you would want to look inside. It would be inadvisable to open an awning and wander in unaccompanied as this could be treated as trespassing with serious consequences. Ask yourself  -  Would you want someone to walk into your home uninvited?? It is just the same scenario.

Question - Is there low cost car parking at Alicante Airport??????
Answer  - There are many companies around the airport doing this service. We have started using a company called ASCars. They are reliable, reasonably priced and have been established for a long time here with many regular clients. Their premises are secure and they even clean your car windows when you arrive back. They have an reliable free service running 24 hours a day between their Car Park and the airport.

Question - Do any sites allow children to live on them permanently?????
Answer -  At the present time not many are allowing children to stay on their sites on a permanent basis. Over the last few years there have been more and more people coming to Spain to live which has meant an increase in families arriving. Children need schooling and difficulties start as a campsite is not a permanent address by their nature and you do require a residential address for the schooling authorities. Most complexes now state “no under 18’s to live permanently on site” however, you can happily bring along your grandchildren for their Holiday in the Sun on a regular basis.

Question - Do any sites allow dogs on them?????
Answer -  A difficult question to answer as many are changing the rules at present. The certain ones  who allow dogs, have had an influx lately so they are now putting restrictions to stop as many coming on. You  will definitely need a pet passport, and you may be told if you buy a property with three dogs, you can replace the three but no more than that, I, E. You can replace like number for like number. Always check with the individual campsites for their rules. There are links to many on the Complex page.

Question - Is there an age restriction on the Mobile homes or caravans .??????
Answer - There are very few sites in this area with a restriction  on age. One has a time limit of 30 years, but generally it is down to the owners personal pride where this is concerned. Your property will not deterioate in Spain as in England due to the better weather conditions.

Question - Do we need a solicitor to do all the paperwork??????
Answer - There is not any necessity for a solicitor it is more down to commonsense. The paperwork is very simple for the purchase of the caravan or mobile , and there is usually just a tenancy agreement to sign for the lease of the plot where the caravan stands.

Question - Can we rent out our property to friends??????
Answer -  Very few sites will allow you to do this as it is a question of security and control. Most will allow friends and family to stay with you for holidays throughout the year. Some sites will make a small charge per day for each person and some on a free of charge basis, just check with each individual site for their restrictions. Their rule regarding the rental of property is strictly adhered to, with sites removing the offending owners caravan immediately if any major breaking of rules occur.
