This a complete set up ready to move into on the Excalibur Complex for only £8,500. It was started by a couple who were going to live here permanently, but have returned back to England for unfortunate personal reasons. Nearly everything has been completed but you will need to add those finishing touches. The 4 berth caravan is in very good condition with two single beds in the main bedroom and a large double made at the other end of the caravan. There is a fitted kitchen in the caravan but that can easily be removed and extra storage space put in. At this price this is a great starter pack for anyone wanting to give Spain a try, or a holiday home on a family oriented site.
